A simple, hearty and uncomplicated side dish, or starter. Nothing fancy but very healthy. 🙂
Cooking time: 10 min
You need: a bowl
- 6 boiled eggs
- 1 mild onion, or a bunch of green onion
- Salt & pepper
- 3-4 Tbsp of olive oil, or 2 Tbsp of melted butter, or 2 Tbsp of chicken fat
- Coarsely cut the eggs.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix them well.
- That’s all. 🙂
